Work Order Templates
Work order templates are created and made available for creating a work order for either a machine or a component.
Work order templates are created on the “Work Orders” screen on the Clarity UI that will show both “Open” and “Closed” work orders by setting up filters for a specifics “Machine”.
Select or click on the “Create work Order Template”. Specify the “Title” and the description of the work order. Define action to be taken with “Step” or “Steps” and select “Save Step”. Select or add group and then select “Groups”. Select a priority level and import any supporting document under “Resources” section.
Select “Create” to save the template.
On the work order screen, select create work order template and then select “work order template” to see the available template(s).
Work orders are auto generated based on the analytics results and the established thresholds for an action. Work orders can also be manually generated in cases where the data necessitates some action but none is specified.
Use an available work order template, if applicable, or create one and populate all the specifics and click create to save.
Resulting work order screen will now show the new work order created. Click on the work order to see the details. Work order panel also has the edit icon to modify and save and a trash icon to delete the work order.
